To solve fundamental problems we need to prepare next generations with consciousness - for children to be able to achieve perfect condition and to achieve perfect condition at age as fast as soon as possible - to reduce consciousness age level of humanity - by implementing Human Evolvement Institute (on level before school and university) - ideally world-wide - in every country for every human being

To achieve perfect condition we have to start to care on governmental level about new human from his the very first appearance in the Universe and all consecutive steps - from conception - into birth - into knowledge transfer into preparation for conscious age - into perfect state - starting from conscious age human can start to take care of all surroundings but human has to be prepared
